Join other Retired Old Men Eating Out for conversation and food (What more do you need?) on the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of each month. For more information, contact Dave Dutton. Cost: Depends on what you order. Location: The Grill (2235 Orchard Lake Rd, Sylvan Lake). 

JULIETS Group (2nd Thursday) - 11:30am - 12:45pm

Prayer Shawl Knitters - 1st & 3rd Mondays: 1:00pm - 3:00pm

If you know how to knit - or would like to learn! - join the Prayer Shawl Knitters. You can help create beautiful prayer shawls that comfort those facing sickness or trials in life - and enjoy the company of other knitters in the process. Quilt Makers Ministry - 3rd Monday of the month, 9:00am, Room 214

Join other quilters and sewers to make "I Spy" fleece throws and quilts for the children of the SOS (South Oakland Shelter) program.  No advanced sewing skills required. Contact Helene King for more information or just drop in!

Men's Softball - Wednesdays, 6:30pm or 7:45pm, May-July

OLCC,P fields a men's slow-pitch softball team in the West Bloomfield Parks "E" league.  New players are always welcome to join.  Fans too!  Games take place at West Bloomfield Sports Park on Keith Road between Willow and Commerce Roads.  There's picnic tables and play equipment for the kids, too.

Beyond Grief Group - 2nd Tuesdays: 6:00pm   

Are you ready to begin a new journey? Come to this monthly dinner and join other widows and widowers who have accepted that their lives have drastically changed and are now ready to find new beginnings, explore new opportunities and meet new people. For more information, call Liz Droulard at 248-682-9595.

50+ Singles Group

This informal group meets for lunch after the 2nd service each Sunday and has fun get-togethers throughout the year. Call Thelma at (248) 515-6842 for information on their next gathering.

Fort Street Homeless

Fort Street Presbyterian, 2nd Thursday of each month

Join Pastor Thwaite and other OLCC,P friends to serve the homeless at Fort Street Presbyterian Church in Detroit.  Meet at church at 7:30am to arrange car pooling.

Little Free Library

OLCC,P has a Little Free Library installed near the main entrance to encourage book sharing and reading.  Feel free to relax in the lobby during business hours.  Take a book, leave a book, enjoy the view.
